God is preparing you for a place called There. But in order to get to There you must first master Here. A whole lot of things happen in the Here but you must endure. Isaiah 40 states, “The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.”

There is a fight to get from Here to There. You have to position yourself for There by purposefully setting yourself up for encounters with God, kairos moments. In the kairos moment, God intervenes; He sits you down and calls you to him to replenish you. It’s imperative that we experience these moments.

So many times we operate on E and expect something to happen miraculously. You must stop and wait on the Lord. When running on empty, you open the door to return to the Here, to familiar spirits. You must recognize that There exists and develop a thirst for the There that would quench you and cause you to win!
